Shipping Policy
We ship within 48 hours with USPS upon order confirmation.
Typically a 2-4 day delivery, but delivery can take up to 7 business days.
We know your time and privacy are important; at Youcanseed.com, we are proud to offer fast,
discreet shipping. All items are shipped within 2 days after the order has been placed and paid
for. If you place an order on Saturday after 1:00 PM PST, your package will be shipped on
Monday.
-If you accidentally entered your mailing address incorrectly, we cannot be held responsible for
packages being delivered to the wrong address. Please note that we cannot guarantee
facilitating address changes after your order confirmation has been received; once you have
received a shipping confirmation email, the matter is entirely out of our hands. If you realize you
entered an incorrect mailing address after placing your order, please contact
info@youcanseed.com immediately.
-We print your address exactly as you enter it. Double-check your ship address entry!!
-Once your package is marked as “delivered” in any way by the postal service, we cannot be
held responsible for missing packages. If you are concerned that someone has taken your
package off your property illicitly, please reach out to your local postal service to take further
steps.

shipping policy, particularly concerning UPS deliveries and PO Box addresses.
UPS Deliveries and PO Box Addresses:
Please note that orders shipped via UPS cannot be delivered or addressed to a PO Box. UPS does not
deliver to PO Box addresses. If you provide a PO Box address for your delivery, UPS will not be able to
process the shipment.
Alternative Solution: UPS Access Point:
For customers who typically use PO Box addresses, we have a convenient alternative solution. You can
arrange for delivery and pickup of your UPS shipments at an authorized UPS Access Point. These
Access Points are strategically located for your convenience and offer flexible hours for pickup.

How to Use UPS Access Point:
Once you've identified the UPS Access Point convenient for you, simply select it as the delivery address
when placing your order. You will receive a notification when your package is ready for pickup at the
Access Point. This option ensures secure and timely delivery of your shipments without the limitation of
PO Box addresses.

Payment Information
Payment information based on Region/Countries:
USA orders:
- Credit/Debit Cards: We accept major credit and debit cards for secure and straightforward transactions
except for American Express cards. (*Please ensure that you use a card that is registered at the delivery
address, for your first order. Otherwise, your card payment will be rejected. Total order amounts over
$750 won ́t be processed.*)
- Bitcoin: For cryptocurrency enthusiasts, we offer the option to pay with Bitcoin.
Returns & Refunds Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase we will refund your purchase as long as it
is in accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policy.
Please make sure your delivery address is correct and completed in full before submitting your
order. IF your order is returned to our office we will be happy to re-send it. If your order is NOT
returned to our office we take no responsibility and we will not be able to re-send it free of
charge under any circumstances. An address error, wrong address or an address entered
incorrectly is not covered by our policy.
Returns
Please note, we are happy to assist you with any queries about your order within 60 days from
the date when the order is sent.
Should you wish to return purchased goods for any reason, you need to contact us first by
phone or e-mail to confirm your return, within 14 days of receipt of your order. Any goods
sent back without prior consent from Youcanseed will be sent back at your cost.
Returned goods must be new, unused and in their original packaging.
Once you have confirmed your return with us, please send the items to our postal address.
All returns are the responsibility of the customer until they reach us.
The goods should be sent back with a recorded service as we will not be responsible for returns
lost in the post.
Damaged / Faulty Goods
In the unlikely event that an item is found to be faulty or damaged, you may send it back for a
replacement or refund. Please contact us within 14 days of receipt of your order and return the
goods as per our returns policy above.
We will refund any postage costs incurred when returning items back to us. We recommend
using an insured delivery method; however we will not accept extra charges for guaranteed next
day services or other courier services.
Your replacement goods will be shipped (or your payment will be refunded) within 14 days of
receipt of your return.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange your item(s) for different products in our range, please contact us
first, within 14 days of receiving your order.
Returned goods must be new, unused and in their original packaging. Please detail which
item(s) you would like to receive as a replacement.
We will charge your card for the cost of sending these replacements out to you, as well as any
extra balance that your updated order may incur. If you paid with an alternative method, you will
need to cover any extra cost before the replacement goods are shipped. If the replacement
goods cost is lower than your returned goods, you will be refunded the difference, minus the
shipping costs.
Refunds
We will refund the cost of returned goods. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
We do not refund the cost of returning the goods, except for returning faulty or damaged goods.
Refunds will be made by crediting your card or by a check, depending on the method used for
payment. Refunds will be made within 14 days of receipt of your return.

Can I Return A Product For A Refund?
Youcanseed guarantees to refund any item that is not to your complete satisfaction.
In accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policy, please notify us before you send goods back to us. Returned
goods are the responsibility of the customer until they reach us and they should be returned with a recorded delivery
service. Youcanseed is not responsible for returns lost in the shipping process.
Returned items must be:
1. Returned within 7 days of the receipt of your order.
2. Unused and in their original packaging.
3. Accompanied by your name and order number
How Can I Exchange A Product For Another?
If you would like to exchange any items, please contact us (within 7 days of receiving your order) with your order
number and details of which item/s you would like to receive as a replacement.
Please note:
Goods for exchange must be unused and in their original packaging.
We will charge our normal delivery rate to send you the exchanged goods.
What Happens If My Seeds Are Missing Or Damaged?
If your seeds are missing or damaged, we will reimburse the missing or damaged seeds with the same product.
Missing seeds or damaged seeds can be shipped to you in your next order. We will need to see proof of the missing
